THE RED pod has the tripod bolt located at THE CENTER. This makes it perfect for supporting lots of different types of cameras where the tripod mount is located near the middle of the base. If you have a DSLR and zoom lens then we recommend our same sized GREEN pod with the bolt at the edge.
