30-Day Return Policy
Please inspect all cards and other products as soon as possible after receiving them. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days*. Items may be exchanged, or we will issue a refund. You will need to contact us for an RMA number before returning your products.

Due to the personalized nature of custom or imprinted cards, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.

VERY IMPORTANT: When returning any cards, please remember to package them in a sturdy box, like the package they came in. Do NOT fold the cards. A priority mail box can be obtained from the post office free of charge. Cards that are returned to us in envelopes will be damaged in shipping. Failure to follow this procedure may result in loss of refund.

REGARDING ENVELOPES: When returning cards, please keep the envelopes if you are exchanging with cards in the same cardstock. (Example: 50 natural cards in exchange for 50 different natural cards). If you are exchanging for a different color cardstock, please return the envelopes.

CALENDAR POLICY: We will not accept returns on calendars for the coming or current year after January 1st of the year printed on the calendars. For example: We will not accept returns on 2015 calendars after 1/1/15.

Clearance items are NOT able to be returned or exchanged.
